This Policy explains what Respawn, operated by [Legal entity name], collects and how we use it. Respawn is an 18+ service; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Account data you give us: email address and a hashed password. Profile content you add: display name, username, bio, links, and any images you upload for your page. Usage data generated as the service runs: profile views and link clicks (used for your analytics), plus basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and approximate location for security and abuse prevention. Cookies we set: a session cookie when you log in and an age-confirmation cookie (rsp_18) when you confirm you are 18+.
To create and operate your page, show you analytics, secure the service against fraud and abuse, comply with law, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Respawn does not process payments between fans and creators and does not collect or store payment card data. Money flows occur on the third-party sites you link to, under their policies.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, and product analytics, who process data on our behalf under contract. Your public profile links out to third-party sites (e.g., cam networks); once you leave Respawn, those sites’ own privacy policies apply. Respawn may append affiliate/referral codes to outbound links; we do not receive your activity on those external sites beyond aggregate referral reporting the networks provide.
We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and longer where the law requires (including any age/records-retention obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257). You can request deletion as described below.
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR/UK or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Respawn is for adults only. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
