Respawn (“Respawn,” “we,” “us”), operated by [Legal entity name] ([State]), provides a link-in-bio service that lets adult creators build a public profile page (respawn.tv/username) linking to their pages on other platforms. By accessing Respawn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Respawn.
Respawn is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access, create an account on, or appear on Respawn, and adult content must be lawful where you live. By using Respawn you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Respawn hosts creator profile pages and forwards visitors to third-party websites the creator chooses to link. Respawn does not host live streams, does not process tips or payments between fans and creators, and is not a party to any transaction that takes place on a third-party site. Those sites have their own terms, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not use another person’s identity or impersonate any person or brand.
You retain ownership of the images, text, and links you add to your page (“Creator Content”). You grant Respawn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, cache, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting your page. You represent that you own or have all rights to your Creator Content, that every person depicted is 18+ and has consented, and that the content does not infringe anyone’s rights.
You may not post or link to: any content depicting or sexualizing minors; non-consensual, trafficked, or coerced content; content you do not have the rights to; malware, scams, or unlawful goods or services; or content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes anyone. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we report illegal content (including any suspected child sexual abuse material) to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Profiles contain links to third-party sites. Respawn may add affiliate/referral parameters to certain outbound links (for example, cam-network referral codes) and may earn a commission when visitors sign up or make purchases on those sites. This does not change the destination a fan reaches or add any cost to them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.
The Respawn name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission. These Terms grant you no rights in Respawn’s brand or technology.
You may stop using Respawn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
Respawn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link, earnings, or traffic outcome will result from using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respawn and [Legal entity name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Respawn and [Legal entity name] from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Creator Content, your links, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
